I needed a project for a planned ‘Knit-in’ for teaching beginners, so I had a go at making a pattern that would take me no more than 2 hours to complete.
One-skein Christmas Scarf
Skill Level
Materials:
One skein chunky yarn (Rainbow Multi pictured)
Needles:Size 6mm straight
This makes a scarf about five inches wide and 60 inches long, depending on the yardage of your chosen yarn.
Instructions:
Cast on 16 stitches.
Knit every row until you have about a yard of yarn left.
Cast off and weave in ends.
