So, I had this lovely skein of Posh Yarn (Gretchen Sock) called 'The Trees Whisper Together.
What to make?
No contest.
It had to be a shawlette with a leaf motif border.
The silk content in the yarn gives a lovely sheen to the stocking stitch, and the variegations in the colour compliment the leaves so well.
It was a relatively quick knit, given that there were periods of no knitting during the repatriation of the boat.
