I knitted this one in Louisa Harding Kashmir DK in the colour 'dark teal'. I had 7 skeins (812 yds) and used almost 3.5 skeins to create a really wide ruffle.
I think it looks good in this solid colour.
This one is promised to my Sis-in-Law.

This is a beautiful shawl. i think I need to make me a shawl for reading in bed! It is getting colder in NZ and a light shawl would be just the thing.
