We had snow a couple of days ago and Ronnie made it very clear that he didn't trust the cold white stuff that gave way when you stepped on it. He stalked around the garden with all four paws spread to try to distribute the weight. He gets cold very quickly so I knitted him a coat version of the doggie afgan he likes so much.
The pattern called for velcro but I hate that stuff so I used buttons on the girth but had a little trouble siting the button holes on the chest strap. The neck is so stretchy that I'll stitch the chest strap closed to make it a little neater.
